By booking a tour or using the services of Vaanika Holidays, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a confirmation.
- Package prices are per person unless mentioned otherwise and depend on group size, hotel category, vehicle and travel dates.
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change during peak season, festivals and long weekends.
2. Payments
- An advance amount is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid before the trip starts or as agreed.
- Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer or any other mode we confirm with you.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing on WhatsApp or email.
- Cancellation charges depend on how many days before the trip you cancel and on hotel and transport policies. We will share the exact charges at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if any, are processed within 7–10 working days.
4. What Is Not Included
Unless clearly mentioned in your package, the following are not included: entry tickets, guide charges, darshan / VIP darshan tickets, meals not mentioned, personal expenses, and any cost due to natural events, road closures or government rules.
5. Travel Responsibilities
- Travellers must carry a valid government photo ID during the trip.
- Please follow the timings agreed with the driver. Extra kilometres or hours may be charged.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, strikes or other reasons beyond our control.
6. Changes to the Itinerary
We may change the order of sightseeing or hotels (with similar category) if required for your safety and comfort.
